Small but perfectly formed
I have a small Fully self-contained studio to rent In Colliers Wood with shared small garden.

There’s a cute kitchen but no hob, there’s a microwave and convection oven. In the past I have used an electric conduction hob, which is an option.

Easy walk to Colliers Wood underground train station.

The tram is also a short walk away and this links into croydon and wimbledon.

Residential neighborhood situated on a quiet street with free parking. Loads of nearby shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Massive Sainsbury's & M&S. There is also a small convenience store about one minute from the house and an ASDA a few minutes walk away.
Virgin Active is very close. Lots of green spaces The beautiful Morden Hall Park (National Trust) is very close.

TRANSPORT LINKS –

TUBE: 8 mins walk (or 3 mins bus) to Colliers Wood tube station on Northern Line (Zone 3) (takes less than half an hour to get to London Bridge or Waterloo).

TRAM: 10 mins walk to Phipps Bridge tram stop which takes you into Wimbledon station in 5 mins (then National Rail trains go to Waterloo in 15 mins) or into Croydon in about 15 mins.

CYCLING: Cycle Superhighway number 7 is very close and is a straight road into central London.

BUS: Bus stop at the end of the road. Buses (no 152) go to Colliers Wood tube in 5 mins or less. Many other buses nearby including the no 200 which can take you into Wimbledon.

OVERGROUND: 15 mins walk (or 5 mins drive) to Mitcham Eastfields Rail Station
(goes between Central London – e. g. to Elephant and Castle in 20 mins and Sutton) or short journey on bus to Tooting Rail Station.

CAR: free parking. Can travel to Wimbledon in 9 minutes.
