We are a house of 3 full time professionals and are looking for a housemate to replace one who will be leaving imminently.

The room in question is spacious, well lit and available furnished.
Although not en-suite, the room is directly opposite a large bathroom shared with one other person.

The house includes the following amenities, all of which are shared:

-laundry room with separate washing machine and tumble drier
-large kitchen (gas stove) with adjoining breakfast room
-office with allocated desk space
-dining room
-living room with Smart TV
-Fast Broadband Internet throughout
-Off Street Parking
-Large Garden with roofed patio
-Excellent Transport Links (under 2 miles to Brookwood Train Station, easy access to M3, 20 minutes drive from Heathrow)

We are looking for a new housemate to replace one who has recently moved away for work. We're a very open minded bunch and are ideally looking for someone who will fit in well to our friendly, tidy, happy house.

Any applicants should ideally have references available and be comfortable around dogs (our puppy, Teddy is extremely friendly and will love you forever if you take him on the occasional walk).

We don't allow smoking in the house but smokers are very welcome to apply as long as they are happy to smoke outside.
