Double Room with queen size bed available in our 3-bedroom fully furnished house share in Blackwater, Camberley for single occupancy only, we also prefer no overnight visitors. Rent is £420 and all bills are included.
The house is well located, approximately 15-minute walk from Blackwater and Sandhurst Train Stations and 2.5 miles from Camberley Town Centre which is easily reachable by bus. Within walking distance, we have great local shops including Tesco, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy and easy access to M3 if you are driving (free on street parking is also available). The Rent is £420 for one person and one-month Deposit is required.
