Looking for someone who requires a short-term accommodation as I'm in the process of putting the house on the market. Room is available now.

About the space...

Offering a furnished double bedroom with the benefit of a high ceiling which makes the room feel extra spacious. Furniture currently includes double bed, large wardrobe, small chest of drawers.

Kitchen and bathroom is shared (with me). The living room is used by me but the dining room is a large space for the both of us. There's a big garden which is lovely once the weather gets warmer. There is parking outside of the house - I use the drive but there is a space to park behind.

I’m a live-in landlord and looking for a female housemate. I have a cat called Rosie and she tends to follow me round the house. I work in central London a couple days a week - it’s a 10 minute drive to Farnborough train station and it only takes around 50 mins to get to Waterloo. Blackwater train station is either a five minute drive or 20 min walk which gets you into Reading or Guildford in no time at all.

The rent includes all bills.

Security deposit is one month’s rent and it’s held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
