I have a double room to rent in Blackwater, Camberley.

A nice sized double room with King size bed and plenty of storage. The house has a shared living area, shared bathroom and garden. Parking is on-street.

There is a third room used as an office space for working from home 1-2 days a week.

I have a 5-year old cocker spaniel mix who lives with me full time. Hopefully you’re happy to live with a dog and if you are home when I am not, I would like her to be able to have free roam of the house (except your bedroom if you’d prefer her not to).

There is no expectation to feed her or walk her, only to let her out in the garden if she needs to go to the toilet.

I don’t mind what job you do, Monday to Friday or shift work is fine. Would prefer someone from emergency services. I work for emergency services so if you are from that background, I can relate.

I am quite a sociable person, I like to go out and see friends but also like to cook and have friends round for an evening. I am very happy for you to have friends/partners round. Hopefully we can get to know each other and hang out together ourselves!

There is excellent road access to the A30, M3, A331 etc.

Blackwater Rail Station is 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away.
Local Tesco express and Tesco Meadows down the road.
