Huge garden room (9m x 5m approx) available. Open plan double bedroom and living room, with plenty of storage space.

Currently part-furnished. You’re welcome to bring your own furniture or I can furnish it for you.

Very well insulated, so it’s cool in the summer and cozy in the winter.

Tucked away in a pretty garden in a quiet semi-rural area. Very quiet and peaceful.

Loads of on-street parking, as the road is not very busy. The bus-stop is a 3 minute walk down the road, with regular buses to Redhill and to Oxted.

Please note that the gardenroom has no water supply to it, therefore there is shared use of the bathroom in the family house. The shared bathroom is downstairs, with shower, toilet and sink.

There is the option of using a chemical toilet (like one you would use in a campervan) which you would need to empty out every few days. This would just save you having to come up to the house every time you need the loo.

Shared use of washing machine and tumbledrier. You’re also welcome to use our treadmill if you like.

The wi-fi signal is very good.

Rent is £850 per calendar month, plus a share of the electricity. All other bills are included.

Will need to have a DBS check and supply references please.
