1 Double Room in cosy house

A newly painted double room with triple window on a ground floor maisonette in Byfleet. Shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge but you won’t be competing for use as I work different shifts so can be super flexible. (This doesn’t include super late nights or early mornings so I won’t disturb you and can sleep through pretty much anything so wouldn’t bother me if this was your situation either).

Flat available from 1st May.

Bedroom is 10’11 by 7’9 and comes unfurnished. Bedroom photographs are from 1 year ago with a super king bed when my best friend lived here and the room has since been freshly painted.

The lounge is spacious, super light and gets sun all day long and includes table chairs suitable for dining or working. Large tv including Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney. WiFi is provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer/washing line if preferred in summer.

Bathroom has both shower and bath and is central to property so easy access from bedroom.

Kitchen is functional, country kitchen style with all the appliances including oven/grill and microwave.

Property has parking on front drive and a large rear access garden off the kitchen. This has a table and chairs and sun lounger.

Love animals and open to smaller dogs but sadly cats are not possible as my family dog visits and he’s not good with.

My home is amazing location wise only 10 mins walk from Tescos, Marks and Spencer, Home bargains and village full of everything you need including take away, restaurants, convenience shops and 3 pubs. There are natural spaces to walk only 10 mins walk from your doorstep including the canal heading to Weybridge/Walton, Pyrford/Ripley and also Woking/Basingstoke. You can also easily walk over Wisley and Ockham common and a couple of local parks. West
Byfleet, Byfleet and New Haw are a 15/20 min walk and Weybridge 5 mins by car all of which can get you to Waterloo, Clapham and London within 35 mins approx.

Woking, Weybridge and Guildford are all local with bars, shops and restaurants.
