We currently have one large unfurnished Double Bedroom to rent. The room shares the large main bathroom with one other female. The house also has a large kitchen and social area for everyone to use. There available parking space in front of the garages
We except tenants in full time employment and not in their probationary period.
The grounds consist of studio room, bungalow and Main house. .
The contract is a 6 month to start and then rolling monthly.
Bills are included in the monthly rent
Smoking is permitted outside the house.
