Lovely house share in Camberley

Hi there, I am looking for a housemate(s) to share my 3 bed detached house in Camberley with me. The share would be with myself and my friendly and well behaved/ house trained dog.
The property has driveway parking, a garage and very large garden as well as being only one mile from two train stations and within walking distance of several supermarkets.
The house is fully furnished including white goods and a TV with Netflix etc. You would have your own room and shared use of all the communal areas with myself and my dog.
The bedroom is unfurnished; however it has fully inbuilt wardrobes and drawers so only a bed is needed. You would also be allowed to repaint the bedroom neutrally if you wish.
Single occupancy rent is £712.50 per calendar month plus 1/2 of the council tax and bills (appapproximately £850 all included)
Couples would be charged £831.25 per calendar month in rent and be responsible for 2/3 of the council tax and household bills (approximately £1,100 all in)
Other pets may be considered on a case by case basis.
