The house is nestled in a secure cul-de-sac neighborhood with excellent amenities. You'll find a two-minute walk to the bus stop, connecting you to town, the main station, Frimley, Farnborough, and Aldershot. Just a five-minute stroll away are a convenient store, GP, and Pharmacy. The town's main station provides access to Guildford, Ascot, London Waterloo, and LHR, while a nearby station connects to LGW, Brighton, and Reading.

I'm offering a freshly furnished Ottoman double bedroom, complete with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and dressing table. The house boasts a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities, and a welcoming living room, along with two shower rooms and one bathroom. There's also a lovely large front and back garden, with a water softener installed.

Please note that this is a Muslim household, and we maintain a strict policy of no alcohol and no pork.

Certain bills are included, and the security deposit amounts to one month's rent.

I'm specifically seeking a professional female lodger, and regretfully, pets, couples, children, and families won't be considered.
