my name is Sam, male, 36, working at home Mon-Fri.
I like my workouts/gym, yoga, meditation, golf, tai-chi, cooking & baking ( the healthy way I try) but also open to new activities that you might like to share with me– sometimes being lazy and watching Amazon prime – lol.
I am easy going but like the house to be rather in a clean and tidy state, but as we know life is sometimes manic and once in a while it might get messy :)
I live at GU153HX, semi-detached house, with garden.
Kitchen done in 2019-, with Dishwasher, Washing machine, kitchen island, 2.5liter hot water boiler installed under the sink = boiling hot water for your cup of tea/coffee anytime, or to use for cooking reducing waiting time to get water to boil, no waiting for water kettle.
Water Filters installed, Big freezer and big fridge- to allow us to have enough space.
Water Softener, runs the whole house - meaning better for skin, hair, washing and food - less washing powder for clothing and less shampoo needed for shower otherwise more foam will be created lol
Bathroom with Digital shower done in 2020 with Temperature control, few little corrections needs doing – bathroom is fully functional but lockdown stopped installer to do few changes.
1 living room / Reception room (will be done too, currently looks like from few centuries ago lol) but has big comfortable couch with a 65inch TV :)
each room has individual Heating controlled thermostats via TADO App, therefore you have a warm room when you arrive home, if you prefer, and easy to control temperature from the bed without getting up LOL

There are shops, take-aways and restaurant not far from my house, also a Co-op which is just 1-2 min walk from my house to the shop. There is a big Tesco 0.5 mile and a big Sainsbury’s 0.8miles, easy to walk the hidden footpath, however easy with car to reach too.
As per Google below distance to the stations:
0.6 miles to Blackwater station (15min walk, 6 min cycle).
0.8 miles to Camberley station (20min walk, 7min cycle). however, when I walk to Camberley it only takes 10 min.
Great fast access to M3, also if you like running there are nice areas and my favourite is Virginia Waters (20min drive) away.
Double Room
3.4m x 3.3m / 11'1x10'8 – (Single bed, Desk, white shelfs, desk chair, build-in wardrobe).
Walls are white, if white is to boring for you it can be painted in a different colour as you wish with my agreement. If you prefer to bring your own bed can be arranged and we can dismantle bed and put it in the loft.
New Build Wardrobe, which is bigger than expected as the gentleman noted down the incorrect measurements.
