This two bedroom, two bathroom flat is fully equipped with Bosch branded white goods, despite being a few years old it still feels brand new! All bills are included at the rate advertised - fair usage policy applies.

The kitchen includes a fully integrated kitchen with Gas stove, two ovens, a dishwasher and fridge freezer. This is coupled with a open plan living space home to a large comfy sofa, 46" TV with surround sound speakers and an extendable dining table that seats 4.

A lovely lady in her early thirties is currently renting the other bedroom and has been there for almost two years - she works a mixture from the office and remotely and is a non smoker with no pets.

Just a few minutes walk from Camberley high street, the main line station and 2.5 miles from Frimley Park Hospital, this is the perfect set up for anyone working in Surrey. Not to mention Farnborough main station is 3.8miles away with direct connections into London Waterloo from 34minutes.

This room is set for single occupancy only and is not suitable for pets.
