The house has a large modern bathroom with walk in shower and a bath.
Kitchen is also nicely fitted with all modern appliances and conservatory/dining area. Garden has a large decking area with garden furniture and a small grass area. Large summer house at bottom of the garden for relaxing summer evenings. On street parking available.

280 Bus towards Sutton or tooting 1 minute walk from the house. Bus stop to Morden is 4 minute walk or a 25 minute walk to Morden Tube Station. Mitcham tram station is an 8 minute walk, with 10 minute tram ride to Wimbledon, or 15 minutes to Croydon.

Easy commute to St Helier, St Georges and Sutton Royal Marsden Hospitals.
Monday - Friday lets considered, as well as short term stays.

I keep a clean and tidy house, and am looking for someone who feels the same and appreciates a clean and tidy environment.
