I'm looking for a friendly professional or professional couple to rent a double room with own toliet, and shower (ensuite). It will be to share with a lovely couple who've lived there for over a year. I was a live in landlord but have moved out of London because of health reasons and the current situation.

The apartment is large, has wide corridors, lots of storage space and the current tenants are very clean and tidy and do their own thing.

It would be great to find someone to share with them who would enjoy this living arrangement.

You would have your own double bedroom and separate bathroom. It is a new build (Google "Lavender Walk" to see the development).

It is on the second floor with free on-street parking and a balcony. The property is available from December 20th onwards.

Situated within walking distance of Carshalton Station and Carshalton Village, with all local amenities as well as Hackbridge station. Carshalton station is in Travel Zone 5, offering services to London Victoria, Clapham Junction, as well as links to Epsom, Sutton and Wimbledon. The property is also a short drive from the M25 and A3, and near to local bus links.
