Double room to rent, use of whole flat

Double room to rent. Modern split level maisonette with small garden area. Can use the whole flat! Can send videos of the room on request (won’t let me upload the video)

The room once tidy and clean scrubs up much better than the video!

The 466 and 404 stop right outside so can take you to stations and they’re good bus routes! There’s also a station at the bottom of the hill if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk. Opposite a big Tesco for convenience

All bills included. I have sky super fast broadband and sky tv. Little decked outdoor area.
I’d like to live with someone relatively clean and tidy.

I have a little chihuahua, he’s pretty chill, and not too annoying 🤪

I work long hours as an estate agent so I’m not home between 7:30am and 8pm most days!

I do like to go to the pub and would be cool if someone else could move in and join me for drinks!

It’s 2 double bedrooms, kitchen/diner, lounge and one bathroom. 2 off street parking spaces.
I love my place and happy to share communal areas if you want friends or family over!

Can come with a bed or without 🙂
