Caterham flat

I’m looking for two people to take over my flatmates rooms from January 1st in a 3 bed flat in Caterham.

1st Bedroom: double bedroom with window looking out over road, £590pcm (pictures with the pink bed in them).

2nd bedroom: slightly smaller room (but can fit a double bed in it!) with a small cupboard space that can be used as a wardrobe or storage space. This room is £570pcm and the photos of an empty room, the window looks out over the front of the flat.

You both would be sharing a bathroom/toilet downstairs, also pictured!

There’s a shared living room and kitchen with me, also pictured but the sofas will be taken away soon so the living room will be unfurnished but we can make this our own!

Bills come to around £150/£155 each (for the three of us), this includes WiFi, electric, water, council tax etc. Council tax band is B.

There’s a co-op a few mins walk down the road, a Tesco a 12 min walk away, a Morrisons around a 15 min walk away 🚶‍♀️

The nearest train station is Caterham railway station and this has great connections to London (as I commute two days a week)- a direct 50 min train to London Bridge or just under an hour train to London Victoria. We also have very reliable bus links to Purley/Croydon/Warlingham.

You’d be sharing with me, I’m 27, work for an educational charity and WFH three days a week (2 days working in London). I’m a crocheter, avid reader, love movie nights or game nights (I have a switch) but we also have two pubs very close to us so wouldn’t say no to a drink at the pub! 🍺
