Professional female lodger sought who is happy with a Mon-Fri arrangement but will consider 7 days per week. Furnished single room in bungalow with shared bathroom. Property is occupied by professional lady and large Labrador. Must like dogs! Some bills included and rent is pro rata to reflect Mon-Fri arrangement. For seven day week the rent will be £800 per c month. Non smoker required and commuters only. The bungalow has off street parking and is a twenty minute walk to nearest station. Direct trains into London Victoria and London Bridge. A work reference and another professional reference such as accountant or solicitor will be required.
