The house is ideally situated for public transport with bus stops adjacent and opposite the house. Morden, Wimbledon, Sutton and St Helier are easily reached.
Our previous tenant stayed for over 3 years and left last March 2020 to move in with a partner. We have been reluctant to just get anybody in to fill the room and this pandemic has made us cautious. We want somebody that we can get along with. We have rented rooms for a number of years now so understand some of the pitfalls for everybody. We both work from home, one as an artist and the other as an architect.
We also have a cat that is a major part of our family, even though she has a mind of her own, so you need to be ok with cats.
