It has its own side entrance which is a wide area which can hold potted plants, garden furniture and a washing line.

Inside the annex consists of a separate bedroom, which is very bright and sunny, the room has a large double wardrobe and a double bed.

The main room hosts a small two seater sofa, a desk and chairs, this room also holds a good sized kitchen for one person.

The rather newish kettle and toaster with a microwave sit neatly on the worktop.
Also included is an oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The annex has a good heating system so you will never feel the cold.

The Shower room is nice and spacious and hosts a powerful electric shower which has instant hot water.

The rent INCLUDES all bills and council tax and wifi (Community fibre), ideal if you work from home or need internet.

The area is beautiful and its on a very quiet road with lots of parking.

There are 3 main train stations all within a 10-20 minute walk. these are Belmont, Sutton and Cheam.
