One on the first floor. Shared bathroom with one person. Cleaned daily.
Off street parking, cleaner and Wi-Fi. Both rooms have just been refurbished with new fitted furniture, bed and new Hypnos mattresses.

The luxury fitted kitchen has all Miele appliances;
2 ovens, hob, tepan, coffee machine, steam oven, fridge & freezer. The utility room has washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The property is situated in the very popular Cheam area with excellent transport links to London Victoria, London Bridge & London Waterloo as well as Epsom, Leatherhead, Wimbledon & Dorking.

Cheam & Belmont railway stations is approximately a 10 minute walk. Sutton railway station is approximately a 20 minute walk. The property is also near to local bus links and a short drive to the A3 and M25

The Marsden Hospital is nearby as is Pfizer & Subsea 7.
Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and health centres within walking distance.

The garden has a beautiful Patio with a Koi Pond and BBQ area.
