Lovely spacious double room within large family home. The house is a modern underground eco-house, close to Sutton, Cheam and Wimbledon.

The room is underground (all bathrooms and bedrooms are), with it's own private en-suite.. There are large windows on one side of the room letting in lots of natural light and access to an internal courtyard and garden. The room is quiet as is separated from the rest of the bedrooms by an internal corridor so is very private and a nice peaceful space.

The room has a king sized bed, mattress, chest of drawers, tv and two bedside tables. Bedlinen and towels can be provided if needed. Two large clothing rails are available for more clothes storage. Wifi available. The temperature can be controlled with zonal underfloor heating.

There is a shared kitchen, dining area and spacious living room which is all open plan. There is a dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave and hob etc.

The house is good transport links and is close to West Sutton station (10 mins walk) and the 93 bus runs at the bottom of the road going to Morden tube. The 413 bus runs from gander green lane (3 mins walk) and goes into Sutton town centre. Lots of on street parking and room for a small car on the driveway.

Monday to Friday lodger preferable but full time considered.
