I have a room to let in my flat in Chertsey which is available from September 2022.

The second floor flat is in a new build development, a 3 minute walk to Chertsey station, close to the M25 and M3. Local shops and a large supermarket are easily accessible.

The room is a modern double room with private en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and double bed. You also have access to a shared kitchen. Superfast broadband is also included. Ample parking is available outside of the flat.

I am looking for a non-smoking tenant who is clean and tidy and respectful of the flat.
