The top two floors of this large, comfortable house in a quiet cul-de-sac have been recently converted to offer guests 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite shower & toilet), a newly-fitted luxury bathroom (shared between the remaining 2 rooms) and a newly-fitted kitchen/lounge/diner on the top floor overlooking the surrounding trees. The showers are all power-fed.

At the front of the house are plenty of communal green spaces and free parking within the cul-de-sac.

Within 10mins walking distance is St. Peters Hospital. Chertsey train station (Reading to London Waterloo line), is within 20 mins walk. M25 J11 is just 5 mins drive away and M3 within 10 mins. Bus services also run to nearby Chertsey, Addlestone (with its newly-built gym, cinema & restaurant complex), Weybridge and Staines on Thames.

The guest kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, oven/microwave and halogen hob with ample cupboard storage space.

The house, which adheres to all Fire/Health & Safety Regulations, is managed by easy-going resident owners on the ground floor. They will be directly responsive to any tenant issues that may arise. They have their own kitchen and washing/toilet facilities and may only need to use the shared bathroom on rare occasions. The only other shared area will be the front door, where you may possibly come into contact with two large, friendly dogs - who will not let you pass until you have given them enough fussing. Please make sure this is not a problem before applying.

Your deposit will be registered with the government-backed DPS. All tenancies are subject to referencing and contract. You will hold your own individual Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) contract with the landlords, you will need to satisfy them that you will be respectful to the terms of the contract, and to your fellow tenants. Full referencing, credit ID and 'Right to Rent' checks will be undertaken.
