I my wife and I have a brand new loft conversion large modern double room to rent in a share house together with a great bunch of people :) .
Great view of the garden and the sun dawn from up there, very quiet area as only one other lives on the floor in the other room. There is a shower room right out side the bedroom, the one in the pictures, shared mainly just with one more person. Also, there is a large kitchen and dinning area 22 square meters and very large garden. In the dinning room we have have a very large top of the range TV. It is also hooked up to a Playstation 5 wich is hardly ever used if you enjoy gamming. or watching TV.
There are close shops (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Greggs, fish and chips, chicken land, royal mail, butchery, Chessington train station is 15 minutes walk or a few minutes by bus, Surbiton station is 15 minutes by bus (every 5-10 minutes). Lidl is a walk distance as well. 15 min
The room price if for singles however if you are a couple we will need to renegotiate the price.
I have 2 cats, I don't mind if you have cats but my cats are very territorial and I won't guarantee for your cat safety.... lol.

Ah, is a smoke-free house but you can smoke outdoors if you are a smoker. We have a fully enclosed patio just out side the kitchen doors so rain and wind will not be an issue. there are also couches and a coffe table there too
