Accommodation offered consists of own double bedroom, private large sunny living room and own bathroom with shower on first floor. It is furnished and recently redecorated and refurbished: there is a basic kitchen on the same floor which is shared with one other male, 48yrs who has been a tenant for ten years and is a security guard. The landlady lives downstairs. The property is double fronted and situated on a quiet tree lined avenue opposite a large park, which has a new open air gym and a public golf course a few minutes drive away. There is storage for bicycles if required. Chessington North BR station (25mins Waterloo), shops and buses to Kingston are only a 5min walk away with the A3 being a short drive. I am looking for a single male who is sociable but quiet, respectful of others and reliable.
