I have a double room for a mature individual looking for a quiet home, available in the next month or so. Not suitable if you need a room quickly, it is likely to several weeks before I can give a move-in date.

Dogs considered, but please note, there is a large and friendly dog which stays here frequently, and he isn’t fond of cats.

The room has been refurbished and redecorated (since photo was taken), wooden floors, new double glazing, a new double storage bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, easy chair, desk and office chair (if required).

The house is warm, quiet and well appointed - very high-speed cable internet; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer; microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer.

There is a wonderful garden, someone who loves gardening would be very welcome!

On a very quiet side road, a few minutes walk from Chessington South station direct to Waterloo, and 2 minutes from excellent 71 bus.

Off-road parking at front, large private sunny garden and terrace to rear.

Would suit mature student or professional, partly or mostly working from home.

Landlady is in residence. Pets considered.

High-speed cable internet, bedlinen, towels, household cleaning etc materials and all bills included.

Quiet non-smokers preferred.

Reference/s essential, and will be taken up.
