Double bedroom in Chessington ! :)

Hi, we're looking for a housemate to join us in a 4-bed house, someone who is relaxed and tidy.

The room is on the first floor, light good sized double with a double bed, 2 large wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, and desk. All with own locks on the doors.
Great for people who like their privacy but want friendly flatmates.

There is plenty of shared living space including garden and living room ;)

The area is nice and quiet, 5 min to Chessington North train station. and bus stops.
5-10 walk to 2 small Tesco and Sainsbury. 15min Lidl.

For now, there is a 2 of as, but we aim to have max 4 people living ;)

Very easy -going, all working professionals between the ages of 28 - 34.

We happy from time to time make some BBQ, grab a beer or watch movies together ;)

Bills included except cleaning fee of £20 monthly, or u can clean by yourself if you would like to :)
