Double room in Chessington Sth

Hi there!

I'm offering a double room with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers & two storage units. We're looking for a single occupancy but if you are in a long term relationship then I'm willing to be flexible. Mon-Fri Lets can also be negotiated.

Feel free to come and have a look but we're also open to Skype video calls for potential tenants.

Quiet, peaceful and warm house but not afraid to have a good time on occasion.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom is dated but the kitchen is brand new. We've got a beautiful small garden for the outdoor spring and summer time with artificial grass, patio, rattan chair & tables, flower bed & BBQ.

Chessington South station is about 2 minutes' walk and the 71 bus runs every 8 (daytime) minutes to Surbiton, Kingston (and Kingston University), 100m or so from the house. Also N65 night bus.

Room would suit a professional person full-time or mature student.

Landlord lives in residence. It's just me and my wife. We both are hard-working & friendly full time professionals.

High-speed cable Virgin internet, bedlinen, towels, household materials and all bills included.

References are essential.
