Esher: Double Room by Claygate Station

We are a laid-back friendly couple (aged 29 and 31) and girl (aged 29) who are into sports, fitness and socialising. We are respectful and keep the place looking nice. We have a very friendly cocker spaniel called Percy.

We are looking for a like-minded, friendly and tidy flatmate with a good sense of humour to rent our remaining spare room.

We have one light and bright double bedroom (king size bed) available in large Edwardian conversion maisonette on a road just off Claygate Parade (lots of shops, cafes and restaurants).

The living area is very spacious with separate kitchen, living room and dining room (as well as a terrace and a garden) so plenty of space for 4 people. There's also desk space in the dining room for working from home if required as well as space to work in bedrooms.

We are less than 150 yards from the train station with great connections into London Waterloo and Guildford. K3 bus stop nearby with direct routes to Kingston and Surbiton.

The room has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bed side tables and two windows providing lots of natural light.
