Myself - Sharing with Landlord not there everyday

Own double room with a large wardrobe with seperate bathroom with a bath and a large open plan lounge with dinning table, desk and seating area. There is dinning table with many chairs and can use for lunch and meals whenever.
It would be sharing with myself. I mainly just return one weekend every month. I am based in Edinburgh and run a business called AirNode there and stay in Edinburgh the majority of the time. It would be mostly available to use the spare facilities. There are main additional quality artifacts that add to the decor.

The room has additional shelving.
There is full equipt kitchen with oven five hob stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer dryer. There is unlimited 76mb Internet connection.

There is a cleaner included in this for 5hrs a months. This would be once a week for an hour with one week 2hrs.

I have allocated £2000 to use to buy additional applicances and Luxury accessories all being included in the room and bathroom. This would be all item you could use. I have allocated £1000 of this being the tenant selection.

It located in modern residential of only 14 apartments. There is a management agent.

There is a lift and it is located on the 1st floor.

Located in 2 min walking distance to town centre.
Train station has a direct trains to London Waterloo every 30mins with £6 taxi or £2 bus to the town centre or 20 min walk it's called Cobham and Stoke d'abonon. There is a fast train from Esher accessed by £10 taxi or £3 bus with trains from Esher to London Waterloo in around 25mins.
