Double room in Netherne on the Hill/Coulsdon

Hello, I’m Charlotte. A 36 professional looking for a Monday - Friday lodger to rent a double room in the beautiful Netherne on the Hill.

The room as pictured doesn’t currently have a bed or mattress but this will be purchased before I get a tenant (brand new).

The room itself is spacious and includes a double wardrobe, a sofa bed, a double bed and mattress.

Netherne is a great location for Gatwick airport (20 minutes commute) and the nearest train station is Coulsdon South.

I’m looking for a tenant (no couples or pets) who works regular hours (ie 9-5) and not a working from home job.

I work in fashion and work hybrid based so I’m usually around in the day.

In the evenings I am either in the gym/swimming, seeing friends or cooking with a film ☺️ I’m very easy going, clean and tidy and looking for someone similar.
