Spare Room near Coulsdon South Station

Double room available in a detached 3-bed house in Coulsdon (CR5 3LY), a short walk from Coulsdon South station. Direct trains get you into London Bridge in around 20 minutes, but the house itself feels much more countryside – backs onto farmland with a big garden and open views.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished with plenty of storage (large cupboard/wardrobe etc). The house is modern, clean, and well kept, with a proper living space and a big garden out the back.

You’ll be living with two of us – both working professionals. It’s a relaxed, easygoing house, not a party place, but also not dead quiet. We keep things clean and respectful.

We also have a German Shepherd – very friendly, loves people – so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.

Rent is £625 per month. Bills (including council tax, utilities, WiFi) are split evenly between the three of us which work out about £170 each, hence advertised as £795 bills included.

Move-in is flexible, and we’re pretty relaxed on timing. Ideally looking for someone who’s clean, easy to live with, and treats the place like a home.
