It's approx a 10-15 min walk to Coulsdon South Station (London Zone 6 - 30 mins to London Bridge/ Victoria), and we are near Coulsdon Town station too.
If you drive, Gatwick airport is only 20 mins away by car.
Unlimited fibre broadband and all bills are included in the rent.
The room is spacious and has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chest of drawers, and a brand new carpet.

You are welcome to use the washing machine, and you will have your own dedicated fridge and kitchen cupboard.
