This is a very spacious double bedroom. You can fit a double bed, wardrobe and desk or chest. It has its own small storage room. Carpet, painting and radiators are brand new. It has beautiful views to the garden and beyond. I can provide the furniture if required. If so the monthly rent will be 700 pounds for a minimum of 6 month contract. All bills are included.

The house is a late victorian - period property. The kitchen, laundry room and living room have also been refurbished. We shared these rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer as well as a patio for a bistro table looking the garden.
