Very peaceful area only a few minutes walk from beautiful countryside, a little further to the Surrey Hills for hikes and bikes.
Regular and reliable bus service to Guildford and trains to London or the coast.
I am the only other occupant - I'm easy to live with if you keep the kitchen tidy! In theory I'm retired but I think I'm in my 20s..
I'm at home quite a bit during the day (I paint and garden) but you will have your own key.
I have several cats
