The House

Large double room in a gorgeous village house with a view. The room is double-aspect, sunny and self contained with armchair and TV. The huge kitchen and breakfast room also has armchairs and TV. The room comes with its own large bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. The house is in Crondall, the loveliest village in the area, and is very convenient for Farnham and Fleet (fast train 40 mins to Waterloo). Great garden with a view over fields (where the owls fly low in the evenings), totally peaceful yet 8 minutes walk to the very cosy pub that serves fabulous food. The village has a pop up café twice a week.

You'd be sharing the house with me, a quiet considerate friendly 58yr old female. I'm creative by nature, and lead a quiet life. I have a feisty indoor cat!

Gay or gay-friendly housemates welcome, to fit into a quiet and friendly home. No overnight visitors. Strictly non-smokers only.....not even outdoor smokers please.

Bills are included except your 25% share of the council tax (band G ). Short term lets of 3-6 months considered @ plus 15% of the monthly cost.
