Hello, everyone!

I'm Abby, an Aussie on the hunt for a fun and tidy flatmate to share my lovely home in South Croydon. I'm looking for more than just a flatmate; I want someone I can share the odd glass of wine or a G&T with, have friends over for a BBQ, but also have our own quiet time.

Although the room is on the smaller side, but you'll have the luxury of having the main bathroom all to yourself.
If you need extra storage, there's a garage where you can keep some of your belongings.

The rent includes all bills and WIFI.

The flat is located just a 12-minute bus ride away from both West and East Croydon Station. From there, it's a quick 14-minute train journey to either Victoria or London Bridge, providing excellent transportation links to all parts of London.

I am specifically looking for a female roommate who has a full-time job.
