West Croydon is also a 10-minute walk for Overground and Southern services, and Church Street tram stop is two minutes from the door. The town centre, Lidl, gyms, restaurants and cafés are all within a couple of minutes. On-street parking is available with a resident permit (around £100 a year from the council).
