The Room
Located on the first floor and facing the rear garden, the room includes a double bed with a quality mattress, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, blackout curtains, and a proper desk and chair, great for working from home.

The House
You’ll be sharing with three other professionals who are friendly and tidy. There’s a cosy lounge with leather sofas and a dining table, a large patioed garden, and a modern kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, washer, microwave, and two fridge-freezers. The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower and is shared with just 2 other housemates and professionally cleaned weekly, along with the other shared areas. Secure bike storage is available in the garden outbuilding with side access, and on-street parking is available.

Location
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk to the centre of Croydon, East and West Croydon stations, trams, and buses. You’re also close to gyms, cinemas, restaurants, cafés, and over 400 shops.
