About me: I run a vegan restaurant just 10 minute walk away and work a lot but love good company when not working, I'm outgoing, positive, very sociable and looking for someone similar to live with :)

About the house:

The landlord is putting his house on the market. It will be a minimum of 1 year and from there on we will receive a two months notice from when a sale goes through. I think it's quite likely that we could get at least 2 years as he is not in a huge rush to sell and therefore is looking for the perfect buyer which could take time.
Please also note that work will be happening to the building during working week hours (the outside not inside the apartment) This is because the cladding on the building is rated as a C and they are upgrading this to an A. Safety wise, there are no concerns however the building management have decided to upgrade.

As this is through the landlord who has given me this apartment to look after before a sale goes through, there is no legal papers/contract, there is also no deposit or references.

Moving in will be 2 months rent paid in advance. So that means, when your one months notice is given, that months rent is already paid.
