1 or 2-bed flat: Couple+2 kids or for 3, 4+ adults

1). I have a lovely 1 or 2-bedroom furnished flat in Croydon on Dennett Road CR0. You can have pets. You can use it as a 1-bedroom flat with a living room, or as a 2-bedroom flat without a living room (for example, with the living room as your kids' room).

2). Available from 3 Dec 2020. Very flexible stay. You can choose to stay for as short or long as you want, as there is no 6 or 12-month contract to sign.. You can stay for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, a year etc. Just give me a 1-month notice to move out at any time and get your deposit back.

3). Rent is £369 a week = £1,600 a month. Lower deposit, starting from £500 depending on how many of you stay for how long. All bills except TV licence are included in the rent. (You don't have to pay TV licence.) (You won't pay or electricity/gas, water, council tax or home broadband internet as these are included in the rent.)

Please note that if 3 or more adults stay, there could be a maximum stay dates, and the rent would be slightly higher, such as £100 or £150 a month more per extra adult. For example, if you were 3 adults in your group and needed a 1-month stay, the rent would be £1,750 a month (£403 a week) for 3 adults, or if you were a group of 4 adults staying for a month, it would be £1,850 a month (£426 a week) for 4 adults staying.

4). This flat is ideal for a couple alone or parent(s) with 1 or 2 small kids, but it is possible for 3 or 4+ adults to sleep in.

5). Fully furnished. Bedroom will have a 1 double bed + 1 single mattress under it. I can even provide all bedding and towels for you too. (Also will have a wardrobe, desk+chair, drawers, shelves, a long mirror, curtains/curtain poles etc.)

(Photos don't show these at the moment. I will soon be getting all these furnishing and photos will be updated once all furnishing is bought and brought in.)

6). Living room will have 1 double sofa bed + 3-seater sofa, also with a long mirror and curtains/curtain poles.

7). Flat has a dining area with a dining table with 4 chairs, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes/cutlery etc.

(I can also provide a crib and high chair i you need for your baby/toddler children.)

8). Bathroom has shower over bath, toilet and basin.

9). Parking is on the main road about 30 metres from the flat, and between 9am to 5pm Mondays to Saturdays, it costs £0.50 for 30 minutes and £1.00 for 1-hour.

So if you park your car here for 8 hours rom 9am to 5pm, it costs you £8.00. (5pm to 9am Mondays to Saturdays and all day/night Sundays will be free parking on the road.)

If you want to live here as a long-stay tenant, you can apply for a resident parking permit from the Council, which I think is about £150 a year.
