We are 4 mins walk from the London Tram, 10 mins from West Croydon/London Overground, 15 mins from East Croydon Station and 6 mins walk from Waddon rail. There is non-permitted parking and local buses, alongside major supermarkets, retail establishments, leisure facilities, pubs and restaurants.

All bills are inclusive of the monthly fee of £550 per each room.
(This includes a cleaner service, council tax; water; electricity; WiFi . )One month’s rent plus one months security deposit is required together with references.
