Hi looking for a room lovely cosy flat

Own bedroom, nice size. Use of front room my son does stay with me o. Weekends he has my room and I stay in front room when he not here I use his room. He doesn't come all the time he's a teenager now so stops over a friend, typical teenager ha ha. I will be getting a cleaner in once a week to clean bathroom and kitchen and communal room. . Yo bee honest the reason i am rental ng a room is croydon is expensive for a single male to aford to live there n. The room has a bed an a set of drawers i need to fix the curtain rail and put curtains up and get a clother rail or wardrobe for the right person. I will say need to get on with me and my son. So its not just offering the room for rent. I need to feel you are auitable with me and my son. We r easy going. I ooen and honest about all. Its not massive but cozy. Internet and netfixk is also available in the property at no eztra charge. Hiw ever i do have a car parking space that i rent out. If you wish to rent this we can come to a sort of arrangement looking forward to what is install for my new adventure with room/flat renting. Lee
