( I will sleep in the living room which is open space with the kitchen. ).

Starting from March 15

Available to rent only for one person.

Not available for Party person.

£790 rent payment + electricity bills + £790 deposit.

The deposit can be used in advance, for the last month of rent.

Available for Only 1 person.
Not kids, not pets. .

Available just for professional/worker person.

We have around the block at 5 minutes walking distance: bus, tram, train, market, to all directions of London.

Dozens of shops.

The rental offer is valid only for hard worker person, obligatory to confirm with payslips / employment contract.

I will repeat, because people still send me msg to ask me if are available for couple. Not!

Available for: Only one person.

Note:
This is not a party house or Hotel.

No visitors or parties allowed.

I do not accept people who smokes or drinks alcohol.

Sorry, I love pets but is not allowed access with pets in any part of the flat.

I repeat, it is an apartment where you can sleep peacefully, where no neighbor in the block bothers the other with anything.
