I’m leaving to move with a friend but this Annex is such a great catch!
You have all your privacy there, own bathroom ( with a proper water pressure!) and access to a very decent sized garden. As you can see on the photos. There’s also a double bed with brand new mattress and storage (not on the photos).
You’ll be sharing kitchen and sitting area with two lovely girls who live in the main house and Kal, the landlord, who’s super helpful and always happy to help if anything needed. Parking avail, tram 3mins walk. 2stops (4mins) to Mitcham Junction - quick train to central London.
