I am renting a double room in our home.

We are very well located 12 min away from East Croydon Station. The house is very well maintained, clean, tidy and peaceful.

I'm looking for a calm and professional lady preferably who goes out to work.
You'll need to be clean and tidy lady.
We prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female.

The house has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, a living room and a big garden where we can play 5 a side if you like football or handball!

You will be sharing the house with a happy mother of 2 children which they go to school and a English professional young lady.

Our previous flatmates were ladies from India, the Philippines, France, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Togo and the last one was a teacher from Spain! :-). We are an international and happy home. 🏡🌹
