Flatmate(s) to share our 3 Bed Highrise Apartment!

I (24M) and my flatmate Klive (23M) are looking for a new flatmate to move into our new 3 Bed Highrise Apartment. The apartment is situated on the 20th floor of the Fold Croydon, a new Development which features many Amenities that save a lot of money based on what you get up to!

We are the first tenants of the said apartment and have fresh new Electrics & Boiler (cheaper on bills) - also new Insulation which is solid for the cold winter ahead of us. Also, don't worry about the mess from the previous tenants because there have not been any (lol). Accepting couples also, just pop us a message.

About Us:
Klive comes from an Asian Background (Filipino), and I am British - we've lived together for four years before and are very clean & tidy individuals. Both working professionals where we both work in the world of IT. We are friendly & relaxed guys that love to socialise but will also respect your boundaries and privacy.

Nitty Gritty Financials:
- Bills are excluded from the current rent price, but they shouldn't be too expensive because it is a brand-new development with a new Boiler & Good Insulation. (Also, we are pretty high up, so the heat from the lower floors will go up to us!)

Council Tax Band: E (Around £66.75 Per Person for 3 Bed Apt. or less if a couple)
The building does require a Security Deposit of 1 Month, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
