Living Room

Hey, I have a a room going in a three bedroom house in Central Croydon. It would be just the two of us living in the house and it has a communal: living room, kitchen, dining room, office and garden.

The Room is going for £700 inclusive of bills (water, council tax, internet, TV license and security system). Gas and electricity is to be paid separately. One month’s deposit required.

The house is 12 minutes walk from East Croydon Station where you can get into London Bridge or Victoria Station within 20 minutes. The house is also a 12 minutes walk from West Croydon Station and a 15 minutes walk from South Croydon Station. There are bus stops within 3 minutes walk from the house that will also take you to the stations within 6-10 minutes. There are parking spaces outside the house if you drive and would need to apply for a permit.

A little about me, I am the live in landlord, I’m in my late 20’s and work in the charity sector. My hobbies include going to the theatre, art exhibitions, gym, playing the violin, watching Netflix (if you can say that’s a hobby) and wondering around new places.
