A comfortable ensuite double bedroom in a modern and well presented 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent. The room in this purpose built block has a view out onto the main courtyard of this stylish development. The flat will be shared with one other person (not the landlord!).

The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside lockers and floor to ceiling built in wardrobes. The bathroom has plenty of room, along with plenty of internal storage space. There is sufficient space for a desk and chair in the bedroom if someone needs to add such furniture.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space including an electric induction hob for cooking. On site there is a 24 hour concierge service so deliveries etc. can be received here. The flat is on the second floor and there is a well landscaped private roof terrace on top of the building solely for the use of the block's tenants. There is also a reasonably sized balcony off the living room in the flat itself. Being a tenant in this development also allows one free access to the on-site gym which is arranged through the concierge team.

While broadband is included in the monthly rent, unless agreed otherwise, the tenants are responsible for all other bills including council tax which is in Band E.

West Croydon is the closest station, however, East Croydon is a 6 minute walk and it takes circa 15 minutes to get into the City by train. London Bridge, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport are 15 minutes away by train. Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and Kings Cross St. Pancras are a few more minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: It would be most helpful if you can give an outline of what you are looking for and your current situation if you are applying, feel free to ask any questions after you have given an explanation of your circumstances. I am happy to consider a 3 month minimum commitment if someone is looking for an interim solution. This might suit someone looking for a short term let if they are perhaps buying a property etc..
