Spacious 1st floor modern flat

I'm looking to rent out a double room in my very spacious furnished flat.

This flat is located on a quiet leafy street approx 7 mins walk to South Croydon station and 17mins walk to East Croydon station with fast trains to London Bridge, London Victoria and St Pancras. It is 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants in South End.

I am a live in landlord but will be working away a lot so you will often have whole flat to yourself.

I am looking for a professional person that is friendly, tidy and will keep the flat well maintained.

Rent includes broadband, TV license, water, council tax. Gas/electricity bills will be shared additionally but are usually approx £60-70 a month.

Couples welcome but would be additional £250 per month.

Initial rental period would be up to 3 months with option to extend by another 3 months if both parties happy to.
