Large double bedroom

Hello everyone!

I've got a room available to rent in my house. All bills are included so the monthly rent is the only among payable each month. This includes 1000mps fibre optic broadband.

The house is about a 15 minutes walk to East Croydon train station or a 5 minute bus ride (there is a bus stop right outside the house).

Living room: The living room is very spacious and I've got a 50 inch TV for watching Netflix!

Kitchen: There is loads of storage and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a table for eating.

Bathroom: The bathroom will only be used by you and one other person.

Flatmates: All young professional , all friendly and happy to chat in the common areas. All clean, tidy and laid back and looking for the same.

I've recently finished a loft conversion so will be starting to rent out more rooms soon.

Cleaning: We have a fortnightly cleaner who cleaned all the common areas. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves on a day to day basis so that the house is generally clean throughout the week even before the cleaner comes.
